From a trading concern to a multi-plant company
Mod Forge Private Ltd. started on a modest scale in 1988 under the leadership of our founder Mr. Om Prakash Modi, and has grown into a multi-plant, multi-product company.

Forgings
Integrated forge shop with a 2500T press, drop hammers, screw presses and ring rolling. In-house die shop, shot blasting and magnaflux crack detection. Up to 40 kg, plus cold forging.

Machined Components
Shackle pins, king pins, gudgeon pins, studs, grease nipples, gear blanks, rings, shafts — finished with zinc plating, phosphating, blackening, hard chrome or Dacromet.

U-Bolts & Fasteners
Largest U-bolt maker in South India — two dedicated lines, round, square, semi-round and forged. High tensile bolts, studs, foundation bolts to DIN, ASTM, BS, ANSI, IS & ISO.

- Continuous pusher furnaceSCADA controlled, 400 kg/hr, water / oil / polymer quench with iso-thermal chamber.
- Pit-type gas carburisingCase carburising & hardening, 1 ton capacity.
- Induction hardening150 kVA & 80 kVA with vertical and horizontal movement.
- Bogie hearth furnace10 ton/load for stress relieving, soft and spheroidize annealing.
